Prerequisites

• You must have the ability and knowledge to upload avatars to either VRChat (SDK 3), ChilloutVR (CCK3) or any other application you intend to use this with.
• Ownership of Dynamic Bones if you want to use the ChilloutVR setup.

Terms and Conditions

In essence: You can upload it as publicly clonable in VRChat. You can share the files only with people who also purchased the avatar, and with artists you commissioned to adapt your avatar. You can use it for streaming, v-tubing etc... You can share and sell assets made for this avatar, as long as you don't include any part of this product.

THE PRODUCT IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NONINFRINGEMENT. IN NO EVENT SHALL THE AUTHORS OR COPYRIGHT HOLDERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIM, DAMAGES OR OTHER LIABILITY, WHETHER IN AN ACTION OF CONTRACT, TORT OR OTHERWISE, ARISING FROM, OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE PRODUCT OR THE USE OR OTHER DEALINGS IN THE PRODUCT.
2. You CAN upload publicly clonable avatars from this product in applications such as VRChat and ChilloutVR.
3. You CAN NOT share this product, modifications of this product, anything containing parts of this product and anything derived from this product with persons who do not own this product.
4. You CAN share and sell assets made for this product, as long as your customers need to own this product to use yours.
5. You CAN commission someone to individually modify this product for you. You CAN provide the product to the commissioned person ONLY under the condition, that the commissioned person uses the product ONLY for the purpose of completing the commission. Any personal use or further redistribution is prohibited for the commissioned person. You are responsible for the commissioned person to comply. This is an exception to term 3.
6. You CAN NOT use this product for commercial purposes. Streaming, V-Tubing, Online Videos and such, even if Ad supported or a timed exclusive for up to a month, and comparable uses are excluded from this rule. Feel free to contact me if you are interested in commercial licensing.
7. You CAN NOT use this product for malicious purposes, including but not limited to: causing harm, hate speech and defamation.
